Bake...

all images via Coco & Me

I spent the summer after my junior year of college working as a baker at a summer camp outside of Vancouver. Ever since that stint (which was incredibly hard but immensely rewarding), I’ve harbored a secret fantasy of owning a tiny bakery…

If this every came to pass, I’d want to make baked goods just like the ones Tamami turns out for Coco & Me, her market stall at Broadway Market in London.
Really so pretty + yummy...

I love these images! You were a baker for a whole summer? That's hard work!

Even though I'm no baker by any stretch, owning a bakery IS so appealing to me! You should do it!!

I just keep scrolling back up to look at that first picture. Delicious!
I have secret bakery dreams too, even though I'm sure in real life it is a lot of hard work.

Oh mercy me, Miss Joslyn! I've had dreams about having my own bakery too and even considered my own cupcake joint (I make a really mean buttercream!). Then I worked in a bakery to get a better sense of how it would be. That lasted for awhile...3.5 days to be exact! Oy vey! Those hours are murder! But it gave me an even fonder appreciation for all the bakers of the world.

This place looks too j'adorable!

Lovely post :)
