Loving (On A Wednesday...)

image via Wall Done Magazine spotted on Slow Noodle...

I'm a little late on the "loving list" this week, but yesterday was a bit of a doozy...The good news is the surgery went well, and Bryan is starting to feel better (thank goodness for pain medication). Now we are in serious countdown mode for our beach vacation and some R&R!

Now onto this week's loves...

The latest gorgeousness from The Selby -- Gidon Bing's home/studio. Maybe one of my favorite Selby houses ever...

Virginia Johnson's perfect summer scarves... I'm wishing I would have gotten one of these before our impending beach trip.

The work of Thunderwing Press...I'm totally smitten with their fantastic invites and business cards.

Peace Industry's beautiful (and eco-friendly) felt rugs...

Elizabeth's latest endeavor -- sweet, sweet vintage baby clothes...especially that number above!

A dear friend died last week (at age 50) and she loved scarves. (She would have especially loved the ones in this post.) At her wake, a table was filled with her scarves and all the women were invited to take one to remember Mary by. I took a lovely one that has sheer parts and is almost sexy. Mary would have cackled to hear me say that...I miss her.

I keep my fingers crossed for both of you.
I love the book stack!

Lauri -- I'm so sorry to hear about your friend Mary... but what a beautiful, special way to honor her!

I love the Virginia Johnson scarfs. I bought my first one in Punta Mita, Mexico while on vacation... only to find out that she was from Toronto and had a store only a few blocks from my home there. Who knew.

Glad to know that the surgery went well. You have more than earned your vacation. Enjoy.
