Bliss + Weekend Plans

I have a guest post up over on the blog perfection that is Bliss today. The subject -- girl crushes...

We have a fun weekend planned -- brunch with the girlies at a new organic restaurant I found via this genius site and then onto Little Bean for the opening celebration. Later that evening we'll make a birthday dinner for my dear friend Achlee --fish tacos, yum!

What are you up to?

my second of four (!) baby showers is tomorrow and then we're off shopping on sunday to finish decorating our nursery. I've definitely got "babies" on the brain!

Have a nice weekend, Joslyn!

I saw your post over at Bliss! It makes me happy to see women that are so strong and confident. It inspires me to be the same. Not necessarily to be an editor, but to be be confident in what I do and to be comfortable doing it.

My boss is throwing a farewell party for me tonight and then my boyfriend and I are going back to my parent's house. I have one week until I leave for LA!

Sounds like a fun weekend! We're having our first "normal" weekend in a while now...just dinner with friends and a little yardwork.

Off to check out your other post now.

finish a book on the US Navy SEALs (i am inspired by them)

Gosh we need to get our nest back in shape from being out of town and having one crazy week...that and bridesmaid dress shopping with my baby sis for her wedding! :)

So what restaurant are you trying out? Have you gone to Spiral Diner for Sunday brunch? Their pancakes are the absolute best I've ever had...I'm so biased though b/c it's our favorite restaurant and we're always trying to get people to go there :), but I think your girlies would like the pancakes (alot!).

Waiting for husband to come home...just ate some yummy sushi...

We might hit triple digit temps! I can't wait. You can tell that this occurs quite infrequently here, and when it does humidity is almost nil.
