Loving...On A Wednesday

A quiet moment behind the scenes at the Dealtry photo shoot as snapped by Jennifer Sarkilahti. Those shoes, oh my...

Everything about Claire Cottrell...all of it, but especially her genius Book Stand. Love.

The lovely Chau of Houston's (seemingly awesome) Myth & Symbol. Yet another reason to embark on a little Houston road trip stat...

The most un-kitcheny kitchen I've ever seen spotted on Loftenberg. That console, the lamp, that gorgeous screen(!!) Friends, I want this kitchen. Bad.

Ashley's "Ideas for Beauty and Use"....just perfection in every single way. I love the idea of embracing the loveliness and functionality of everyday items. If people did this more often, I think the world would be an infinitely better place. (Dramatic, I realize, but I believe it...I do.)

And one more from Ashley in the form of these dreamy shots of the Apiece Apart SS13 lookbook.

Annie's gorgeous Tom Dixon pendant light. Oh Tom Dixon...sigh.

Oh yes, Myth & Symbol is definitely awesome!! I've actually never been there but I met the ladies behind the shop at last Spring's style blogger conference in Austin. They were super sweet and in the process of opening their store. Since then, we've kept up with each other mostly through Instagram but I really ought to make an in person visit. Road trip? ;-)

Thanks for the sweet words Joslyn! I love reading your blog and hope you get a chance to visit Houston in the near future.

One of my friends has the Tom Dixon pendant with the black exterior and hammered brass in the inside. I've been pining for one ever since.

Joslyn, I just got home from Todos Santos to the gift of your very kind words. Your loving... series is a favourite of mine, so this was a treat indeed! Thanks!

Thank you so much Joslyn, for including us on your lovings page. We had such fun on that photoshoot. I almost did a runner with the stylists shoes, so hot!
Also, great to see Chau in the list too. I met her in Austin last year and she is just lovely.
