Giovanna

I have to say, I'm awfully smitten with Italian Vogue editor Giovanna Battaglia. She's pretty fantastic, no?

  4. A perfect example of how Italian women just EXUDE sensual glamour. She is so on trend but never trendy, always put together but never contrived, and dresses perfectly for her splendid figure. Sigh!

  10. You, me, and everyone else is in love with this woman's style! She's everywhere. I adore all these looks (minus the polka dot green dress). Helps when you have the bone structure and figure of a model.

  12. She is my new style crush (replacing Miroslava Duma)! Thanks for the intro!

(And, for reminding me how much I love the name Giovanna. It's back on the "if I ever have a baby girl..." name list!)

  15. Ooooh... I would wear every single outfit she has on. I was just reading my new "InStyle" the other night and thinking YUCK to everything on every page and lamenting to recent devolution of fashion. Clearly I need a subscription to Italian Vogue. :)

  19. She is certainly a great visualist. You can't dress yourself with such finesse and confidence without a strong creative sensibility.

It does not hurt that she is so incredibly attractive.

She is what I call a "meal-killer". You go to a restaurant, sit down, order and the delicious food arrives but you can hardly eat because all you do is steal glances at that fantastic woman over in the corner sitting there like she is visiting earth from Planet Perfect Beauty...
