Who Do You Love?

During my recent ode to Domino, I mentioned that Ione Skye was one of my girl crushes; I’m also rather smitten with (in no particular order) Parker Posey, Catherine Keener, Maggie Gyllenhaal -- all those dark haired indie girls.

But at the very tippy top of my list is Sofia Coppola…I’m in awe of her style, her talent, her movies, her taste…her new bags for Louis Vuitton (below). She’s just extremely, extremely cool, no?

    Sofia Coppola has been my girl crush for a long, long time. I love her. And thanks for the book rec, I didn't remember who suggested it but I read it back when you posted about it and I really enjoyed it.

    Spending Hiatus update ... I sort of cheated today at a thrift store. But $10 for a Banana Republic jacket and black wool J. Crew trousers? I couldn't resist!

    Did Tim and Julie tell you that Emily actually met Maggie G. She interviewed to be her nanny. Maggie really liked Emily but wanted someone older that was gonna stick around for awhile. Em said she was super sweet.
